The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has launched a new interactive tool — the OECD Due Diligence Policy Mapping tool — enabling the comparison of due diligence requirements in the field of responsible business conduct across different jurisdictions.
How do due diligence requirements compare across jurisdictions? The new tool addresses this question by comparing a total of 20 due diligence policies in a structured and interactive manner, offering businesses, policymakers and other stakeholders a clear overview of similarities and differences among existing regulatory frameworks.
The tool allows users to:
Users can filter the data by category, individual policy, policy type and jurisdiction, and can hover over any cell to see how a specific measure addresses a given category.
The Croatian National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct encourages businesses, consultants and all interested stakeholders to make use of this tool to gain a better understanding of the regulatory landscape in the field of responsible business conduct.
